Rites Monday In Adairsville
Died: 4 Jan 1959 / Calhoun, Gordon, Georgia, USA
Mrs. Pink R. Dinning, age 77, of
Adairsville, passed away in a Calhoun hospital early Sunday morning after
suffering a severe break in her hip due to a fall Friday night.
She was the former Miss Elizabeth
Adams, the daughter of the late Jim and Missourie Morris Adams.
The deceased is survived by her
husband, six sons: Harold Dinning, Lithia Springs; Darrell Dinning, Donald,
and James Dinning, Rome; Carol Dinning, manager of Celenese plant at Octalan,
Mexico; Herbert Dinning, Adairsville; seven grandchildren, 11 great
grandchildren, three brothers: Herman Adams, Rev. Walter Adams, Cartersville;
Milner Adams, College Park; a sister, Mrs. J.L. Milhollins, College Park.
Funeral services were conducted
Monday afternoon at 3 o’clock by Rev. Asa Blount, at the Barton Funeral
Chapel in Adairsville.
Serving as pallbearers were W.N.
Penfield, G.C. Mashburn, J.C. Sexton, Lindsey Sexton, J.T. Gwinn, Wilson
Adcock, Wilson Bell, and Reagan Barton.
Interment was in East View
Cemetery in Adairsville.
