KINGSTON MAN DIES SUDDENLY IN SNELLVILLE
D.A. Craig, who lived at Rte. 2, Kingston, died suddenly
Wednesday last week in Snellville in Gwinnett county. His age was 66.
Born in Pickens county August 11, 1892, he was the son of
the late George and Mary Thompson Craig.
Mr. Craig was a farmer. He had been married for 45 to the former Easter McCreary,
who survives him.
Additional survivors include three sons, Virgil, Kennesaw;
Hubert, of Bartow county; Vardman, also of Bartow county; a daughter, Mrs.
Billy Kiser, Cartersville; three brothers, Henry Craig, Snellville; Grover
Craig, Chattanooga, Tenn.; Marion Craig, Calhoun; and a sister, Mrs. Harry
Teague.
FUNERAL SERVICES were conducted at 2:30 Friday at the
Taylorsville Cross Roads Church. The
Rev. Cecil Smith officiated at the last rites.
Interment was in the church cemetery under the direction of
the Owen Funeral Home.
